Spoken Voice
Individual sessions
No prior experience required
In Brussels (Terre-Rêves Studio), online, and/or on-site
During these individual sessions, you will learn to use your spoken voice effectively and find your rightful place in communication.
Sessions are tailored to your needs, whether professional — public presentations, better communication with colleagues, taking a stand in meetings, negotiations, job interviews, team management, legal pleadings, teaching, conferences, one-on-one conversations — or personal — communicating more clearly with loved ones, giving a speech at a wedding, speaking up in large or noisy groups, expressing your needs more confidently, etc.
Areas of Focus
Work can cover a wide range of aspects, including:
• Voice timbre
• Microphone technique
• Volume and projection
• Speech pacing
• Posture and breathing
• Self-assertion and authenticity
• Confidence and stress management
• Tools for captivating an audience
The work is customized to the individual, taking into account your voice, objectives, relationship to body and voice, personal history, and prior vocal experience.
Program Structure
The program is organized in 5 steps:
- Assessment, diagnostic, and identification of needs
- Creation of a targeted program
- Two individual sessions
- Practical implementation and reassessment
- Report and guidelines for continued autonomous work
f desired, the diagnostic and reassessment sessions can be held on-site (e.g., in your workplace), while the other sessions take place in Brussels (Terre-Rêves Studio) or online
The first session (diagnostic) is independent of the rest of the program, allowing you to decide whether to continue with the full training.
Approach
The tools used are varied and tailored to each individual based on the diagnostic. They include:
• Theoretical elements (to better understand how the voice works)
• Practical exercises (vocal, respiratory, and body-based)
• Techniques for releasing emotional, physical, or mental blocks related to the voice.
