    Public speaking

    Book a training

Available as group sessions or individual coaching
Delivered on-site at your company or at
    Terre-Rêves Studio  (Brussels)

This training is designed to improve public speaking skills and, more broadly, any significant speaking situation in a professional context — such as public presentations, meeting facilitation, negotiations, self‑introductions, expressing positions, internal or external communication, or project presentations.

Most communication is non-verbal. The voice and everything that surrounds it—posture, breathing, speech pace, inflection and eye contact—have a strong impact on communication. The way you use your voice, embody your message and pace your delivery will greatly influence your audience.

Themes explored include engaging your audience, projecting confidence and authenticity, strengthening presence, and captivating listeners.
